Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Υποστήριξη του πλάνου Δημοσίων Σχέσεων της εταιρείας

Προφίλ Υποψηφίου:

  • Κάτοχος πτυχίου Ανώτατης σχολής κατά προτίμηση με κατεύθυνση Οικονομικα, Marketing, Δημοσιογραφίας ή σχετικών πεδίων

  • Μεταπτυχιακό / Diploma σε Marketing η επικοινωνία θα θεωρηθεί πρόσθετο προσόν.

  • Ανάλογη εργασιακή εμπειρία 1-2 έτη

  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & Internet

  • Πολύ καλή γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας (γραπτός και προφορικός λόγος)

  • Άνεση στο χειρισμό προγραμμάτων & Μέσων (Media)

Associate, Client Service – Strategic Research (EMEA/ Bilingual German/English)

The Client Service team is the backbone of Guidepoint’s success. The team is responsible for efficiently delivering Guidepoint’s services to our clients around the world. We work to understand each client’s unique business questions and help them gain critical insights to stay informed and make better business decisions. What You’ll Do:

  • Work in cross-cultural teams with our Project Managers in our EMEA offices in order to deliver the best possible service for our global Clients

  • Review and analyze client research requests and use a range of resources to identify the most relevant subject matter experts across geographies, industries, and topics for each project

  • Utilize the phone, LinkedIn, and other outreach methods to recruit new Advisors to join the Guidepoint network by effectively communicating why their expertise is a good match for the specific project you’re working on

  • Screen experts for their suitability for specific client projects and create professional profiles for client consideration

  • Operate with a teamwork mentality that leads to building and maintaining strong relationships with other Guidepoint employees, offices, and Advisors

  • Gain expertise on the various industries our clients work in order to make sure Guidepoint always finds the right experts for a given project

 What You Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree with high level of academic achievements / Young Professional (m/f) with first working experience

  • Strong team player with entrepreneurial mind and „can do“-attitude along with pro-active and results-oriented work style

  • Prior experience in executive search, market / business research or management consulting is a plus

  • Outgoing personality with the ability to speak with individuals at all professional levels

  • Intellectual curiosity and desire to learn

  • Strong communication skills

  • Fluency in English and German is essential; very good knowledge of additional languages (French, Italian, Spanish, Russian, etc.) is highly desirable

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment

Resolute Graduate Scheme 2022

Resolute Asset Management Graduate Scheme

Join a small, unique, and global graduate scheme focused on real estate asset management that will give you an excellent introduction to the industry, tailored technical training and mentorship throughout and hands-on important work right from the start.

Entry requirements:

Resolute is an equal opportunity employer and invites all enthusiastic, bright, and talented university graduates, to apply to our Graduate Scheme. We have no required degree grades, required degree subjects or preferred institutions. The only requirement is that you have (or will have prior to start date) completed a degree course (minimum bachelors) and that you graduated after 2020.

Overview:

The Graduate Scheme aims in attracting and investing in bright newly-graduates who are looking to kick-start their career in the field of Real Estate Asset Management in a vibrant and multicultural environment.

The Scheme runs for one year and allows the successful candidates to rotate across some of our projects and sometimes across countries.

Each candidate will have a dedicated mentor in their dedicated office.

Along with the day-to-day work and tasks, candidates will also be trained on the core competencies that each Resolute employee should possess such as financial modelling, technical real estate knowledge and data presentation skills as well as the suite of soft skills needed for career success.

Extensive training is provided throughout the Scheme, starting with a two-week induction programme where core required competencies will be taught.

 

  • Induction: Graduates will be gathered together for two weeks and given a detailed overview of the company and taught basic skills that any Resolute employee should possess. After that they will be assigned to their respective offices.

  • In house classroom training: Training modules will be help throughout the year to build on some of the core technical skills that were introduced in the induction. In addition, regular firm-wide training will be held to cover real-life topics from across the firs form of classroom lectures where work related case-studies will be taught and explained.

  • LinkedIn Learning Platform: On an on-going basis, Resolute’s LinkedIn Learning training platform will be widely used where tasks and courses can be set.

  • On the Job training: Nothing beats the learning that comes from real-life experience and our graduates will be given varied and important work right from the beginning where they will need to use initiative, problem solving and teamwork to play their part in delivering our projects to clients.

 

The successful candidate will benefit from working along industry leaders and seasoned professionals with outstanding track records in the fields of Real Estate – Asset Management, Investment Banking and Private Equity.

Graduates will be periodically (quarterly and on an annual basis) evaluated by colleagues and the Graduate Scheme leader and respective country mentors and coordinators, based on:

  • Achieved goals

  • Learning Outcomes

  • Understanding and adaption of Resolute’s values

  • 360-reviews

Graduates that successfully pass the assessment process will be offered a full-time role in their respective offices on completion of the year programme.

 

Graduate Locations:

This role is specifically for the Athens-Greece graduate programme, but the Scheme will run in different locations across the countries that Resolute operates such as:

  • Bulgaria – Sofia

  • Greece – Athens

  • Italy – Milan

  • UAE - Dubai

  • UK – London
