The Client Service team is the backbone of Guidepoint’s success. The team is responsible for efficiently delivering Guidepoint’s services to our clients around the world. We work to understand each client’s unique business questions and help them gain critical insights to stay informed and make better business decisions. What You’ll Do:

• Review and analyze client research requests and use a range of resources to identify the most relevant subject matter experts across geographies, industries, and topics for each project

• Utilize the phone, LinkedIn, and other outreach methods to recruit new Advisors to join the Guidepoint network by effectively communicating why their expertise is a good match for the specific project you’re working on

• Screen experts for their suitability for specific client projects and create professional profiles for client consideration

• Operate with a teamwork mentality that leads to building and maintaining strong relationships with other Guidepoint employees, offices, and Advisors

• Gain expertise on the various industries our clients work in order to make sure Guidepoint always finds the right experts for a given project

What You Have:

• Bachelor’s degree with high level of academic achievements / Young Professional (m/f) with first working experience

• Strong team player with entrepreneurial mind and „can do“-attitude along with pro-active and results-oriented work style

• Prior experience in executive search, market / business research or management consulting is a plus

• Outgoing personality with the ability to speak with individuals at all professional levels

• Intellectual curiosity and desire to learn

• Strong communication skills

• Fluency in English is essential; very good knowledge of additional languages (French, Spanish, German, etc.) is highly desirable

• Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment

Responsibilities:

Drive business analysis to identify requirements and ensure client’s business processes are addressed from software solutions

Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements. Communicate specifications

and solutions to the Clients to a clear way

Plan and effectively conduct Key/End users’ trainings

Plan, prepare and monitor User Acceptance Test (UAT), support Client during execution and

selectively execute Business Scenarios where necessary

Provide post production support to ensure smooth transition to Service Management after go live.

Carry out reporting and communication to all related stakeholders throughout the project stages

Own and develop trusted relationship with our clients, working close with them to maximize client

satisfaction from our services and solutions

Constantly be on the outlook for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better

value to the client and

Communicate key insights and findings to product team that drives and evolves software solutions.

What You Will Need to Succeed

BSc or MSc in Computer Science or equivalent

2+ years’ experience in business analysis or software application consulting

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent client facing, analytical and problem-solving skills

Solid organizational skills, attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

Competency in technical training and presentations to engage in discussions with both the business

and technology functions at client organizations

Enjoy working within agile/scrum-based team

Great energy level and enjoy working in full software development lifecycle, from concept and

design to testing.

PMI-PBA or CBAP certification will be considered an asset.

Η PLANET Α.Ε. ενδιαφέρεται να προσλάβει και να εντάξει στην ομάδα του Τμήματος Τεχνικών Συμβουλευτικών Υπηρεσιών (TAS) του Τομέα Public Sector Services της εταιρείας στην Αθήνα έναν ενθουσιώδη Σύμβουλο Τεχνικής και Διαχειριστικής Υποστήριξης, ο οποίος θα συμμετέχει στην υλοποίηση έργων συμβουλευτικών υπηρεσιών προς φορείς του δημοσίου και του ευρύτερου δημοσίου τομέα.

Ενδεικτικά Καθήκοντα

• Συμμετοχή στην υλοποίηση έργων χρηματοδοτούμενων από τα Ταμεία της Ε.Ε. στον τομέα της παροχής συμβουλών τεχνικής και διαχειριστικής υποστήριξης, με εστίαση στην:

  • ωρίμανση έργων

  • κατάρτιση προτάσεων αίτησης χρηματοδότησης, στο πλαίσιο προσκλήσεων

  • προετοιμασία τευχών δημοπράτησης έργων για το δημόσιο τομέα

  • προετοιμασία και διαχείριση αποφάσεων εκτέλεσης με ίδια μέσα φορέων

  • διαχειριστική παρακολούθηση έργων

  • διαχειριστικό κλείσιμο έργων

  • υποστήριξη δικαιούχων φορέων στην υλοποίηση έργων χρηματοδοτούμενων από την Ε.Ε.

• Συμμετοχή στην προετοιμασία προσφορών για έργα τεχνικής και διαχειριστικής υποστήριξης του δημόσιου τομέα.

Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα:

• Πτυχίο Ανώτατης σχολής.

• Άριστη γνώση της ελληνικής γλώσσας.

• Καλή γνώση αγγλικής γλώσσας.

• Ικανότητα αλληλεπίδρασης ως μέλος ομάδας.

• Ικανότητα ιεράρχησης προτεραιοτήτων και προγραμματισμού δραστηριοτήτων για την αποτελεσματική επίτευξη στόχων και προσήλωση στην παράδοση αξιόπιστων αποτελεσμάτων εντός των καθορισμένων προθεσμιών.

• Επίδειξη επαγγελματισμού, ακεραιότητας και προσήλωσης στις αξίες και τα πρότυπα ποιότητας που εφαρμόζει η εταιρεία.
