About the Internship in Technology

The Internship in Technology is sponsored by the Department of Consulting Excellence and is aimed at recent graduates who have a background in Technology and wish to start a career in Strategy Consulting. About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced human resources professional to join our team at the Department of Supporting Services and lead our Human Resources function. This is a full time role and a minimum of five years prior work experience is required. In this role you will be responsible for or play a key role in all human resources related issues. About the Role

We are seeking Applications Developers to join our team at the Department of Consulting Excellence. This is a full time role and a minimum of two years prior work experience is required. As a Developer you will be expected to leverage your technology of choice and contribute in the architecture and final delivery of Line of Business applications that address our clients’ needs. Αντικείμενο εργασίας:  Έγγραφη και προφορική επικοινωνία και επεξεργασία ηλεκτρονικών δεδομένων με εμπλεκόμενους στη διακίνηση εμπορευματοκιβωτίων (containers) από/προς ολόκληρο τον κόσμο που αφορούν σε φορτία & πλοία της πασίγνωστης Νο 2 στον κόσμο Ναυτιλιακής Εταιρίας Τακτικών Γραμμών, MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company S.A., Geneva, Switzerland.

 

Απαραίτητα προσόντα, τα οποία θα ελεγχθούν:

 

* καλές γνώσεις (επιπέδου ECDL) Word & Excel

* καλές γνώσεις αγγλικών (επιπέδου Proficiency) 

 

Επιθυμητά προσόντα:

 

* Εκπληρωμένες στρατιωτικές υποχρεώσεις (για άνδρες)

* Απόφοιτοι Πανεπιστημίου

* Δεν απαιτείται καμία προϋπηρεσία καθόσον η εργασία δεν υπάρχει στην Ελλάδα.

The role entails:

* Assess the secure and reliable operation of complex IT Systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle etc.) and evaluate to what extent these support effectively the relevant business processes

* Assess Internal Control Systems against recognized industry standards and suggest actions to improve control effectiveness and process optimization

The successful candidate should have: 

* Excellent academic background from a Greek or foreign top-tier university with background in IT, business administration, engineering or related discipline. At least one of the degrees must be within the technology related field.

* Good knowledge of current and emerging technologies which may include: Oracle, SAP, Databases, UNIX, Virtualization, Cloud services etc.

* Good knowledge of data analytics techniques and tools which may include: SQL, ACL, R

* Relevant professional qualifications such a CISA, CISSP or CPA will be highly appreciated
